Remote Behaviour and Training Consultations
We offer Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp video and phone consultations. Whilst this option should not be seen as a replacement for a full, home visit assessment, it allows clients to discuss their problem and receive feedback on the situation and can be sufficient for simple problems.
Prior to the consultation we will email you a questionnaire to complete so that we can obtain key information and confirm that a remote consultation is appropriate for the issues that you require assistance with. We will then contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time and date for the consultation.
Consultation Fee £70
which includes a online consultation of up to 90 minutes, a full written report , a follow up video call and interim email/phone support.
Further calls can be arranged if required at additional cost.
It is vital that the information you provide is as honest, detailed and factual as possible in order to ensure that we provide appropriate advice and achieve the best outcome.
Please remember that we are not here to judge anyone, our priority is the safety and wellbeing of all involved.
A follow up phone/video call will then be arranged to discuss the report and answer any questions that you may have about the techniques and equipment we have recommended. We strongly encourage ongoing contact by phone or email so that we can monitor progress and impart further advice if required.
While every care and attention will be given to each case individually, you may be advised to seek further help in the form of a home visit by either Victoria or an associated professional in your area if the problem is deemed severe or potentially dangerous.
